For your convenience, both Premium and Ultimate editions will be automatically renewed by default once you purchase it unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
There are two ways to cancel it: 1. Find “To cancel the subscription, click here” in the confirmation e-mail you received after your purchase, simply click on the link to cancel the auto-renewal service; 2.You can also e-mail support@panspy.com with your account info to cancel it. After you successfully unsubscribe it, no further charges will apply.
Since our free trial and Premium edition support for limited features, you may need to purchase the Ultimate one to access all features we provide. For price details, please refer to this page.
If your account will be expired on the console after you purchase the Ultimate edition or renew the subscription, please e-mail support@panspy.com with your account info and we will fix it asap.
Please note that list prices on our official website are taxes excluded and the taxes that will be calculated depends on customer evidence (Business or Consumer, Billing Country, IP address, Credit card country).
In general, the renewal price should be the same as your initial payment. If you initiate your purchase in our discount season, your renewal will be charged at the original price listed on our official website.
You are able to access to PanSpy console panel to track target device before your license expires even if you unsubscribe it. After the subscription is cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email showing the expiration date of your license. When the subscription period ends, repurchase should be required for accessing to console panel again. (The data uploaded to console panel will be retained for maximum period of 30 days and will be deleted from our server over this period.)
You are able to upgrade your license by yourself from Premium edition to the Ultimate one by referring to PanSpy console panel >> Dashboard >> Device Information >> Account >> Upgrade.
